An inventiveZelda: Tears of the Kingdomplayer has managed to come up with a genius way troll a Yiga Clan member. The type of troll that this player managed to pull off is so perfect that it might go down as one of the most impressiveLegend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdomclips to date.

The Yiga Clan was first introduced inThe Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wildas a group of foot soldiers who patrol Hyrule under the leadership of a madman named Master Kohga. The Yiga Clan are obsessed with bananas, love to steal anything they can get their hands on, and tend to disguise themselves as random travelers, pouncing on their victims at the right moment. TheYiga Clan are back inTears of the Kingdomand they’re ready to trick Link with every chance they can get.

Reddit user Huydeptrai0794 posted a short clip showing how to turn the tables on the Red-clad tricksters. In the clip, Link is seen running past a curious traveler, then activating one of themost deadly Zonai contraptions inTears of the Kingdomwith an arrow. Link then starts a conversation with the stranger, who asks Link if he’s ever heard of the Yiga Clan. The traveler barely lets Link answer before revealing his true nature, stating that Link will pay for what he did to Master Kohga. In a puff of smoke, the traveler reveals that he’s part of the Yiga Clan and jumps backward, getting in position to strike. Seconds after he jumps back, an explosive device triggered by the contraption falls on top of him, causing a fiery blaze, killing him instantly.

The easiest way to spot a disguisedYiga Clan member inTears of the Kingdomis to look for the name over the NPC’s head. If the NPC is walking alone in Hyrule with “Traveler” above them instead of a name, there’s a good chance it’s a Yiga member. It’s unclear what device the player created to cause the huge explosion or how it works mechanically. What’s truly impressive is the timing the player pulled off, with the Yiga member getting blown up the second he jumped back.

There have been a few cases so far of players messing withYiga Clan members inTears of the Kingdom, like the player who trolled one on top of a glider. Much like how torturing Koroks with Zonai devices was popular when the game came out, trolling Yiga Clan members is a trend that anyTears of the Kingdomfan can get behind.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdomis available on Nintendo Switch.
