As a promotion forMicrosoft Flight Simulator’s latest update, Xbox France is giving away a PC shaped like a jet engine that has been cut in half. The contest asks entrants to follow @XboxFR on Twitter, retweet its post, as well as comment with the hashtag #MicrosoftFlightSimulator in order to be entered to win.

Microsoft Flight Simulatorhas existed in one version or another for decades and, as its name implies, is a flying simulation for players looking to fly around a realistic version of the world. This update in particular focuses on France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, and can be installed from the in-game marketplace for free.

The winner of this giveaway will receive a PC shaped like a jet engine that is equipped with a Z590 Aorus Elite AX motherboard, as well as an Intel Core i7-11700K processor. The PC will also come with aGigabyte-branded RTX 3070 video card, but at the moment it remains unclear when this contest will conclude. The update this contest is associated with is the fourth major world update forMicrosoft Flight Simulatorthus far, and it adds details to Paris and Amsterdam; sets up three new airports at Megeve, Nice, and Rotterdam; and improves dozens of already existing airports in the area.

As part of a promotion forMicrosoft Flight Simulator, players can expect this PC will handle the high-level specifications associated with the game, but also that it might take up quite a lot of room. No specific dimensions have been released, and while it won’t be the size of a literal jet engine, it also doesn’t appear to be on the smaller end. Released on PC back in August 2020,Microsoft Flight Simulatormay also come to Xbox Onelater this year.

This giveaway should catch the eye of any aeronautical fan, especially if they are in France. Those who are looking for a powerful PC with a unique design should look no further than this contest. Entering in seems easy enough, but the odds of winning aren’t entirely clear at the moment. For those notsuper interested in the flight simulator game, this jet engine PC won’t likely hold any major appeal despite its impressive specs.

Microsoft Flight Simulatorcaught fire upon its release, and the fact that developer Asobo Studio continues to update it bodes well for its continued success. Either way, this giveaway isn’t likely to inspire too many people to turn to the game if they hadn’t planned to already.

Microsoft Flight Simulatoris available now on PC and is planned for release on Xbox Series X/S in 2021, with an Xbox One version rumored to be in development.
