Trueachievementsreported that it received a notification that read “Rediscover 2 RPG Classics” … “PlayBaldur’s Gate 1and2with Game Pass.” Clicking the notification brought the user to the store page forBaldur’s Gate and Baldur’s Gate 2: Enhanced Edition, which are sold together as a bundle. The series' first two games were released in 1998 and 2000, so while they’re not the most modern of RPGs, the enhanced editions brought plenty of upgrades. These updates implemented support for high-resolution widescreen displays, crossplay between different platforms, UI upgrades, hundreds of bug fixes and improvements, additional story content, and more. However, it should be emphasized that this news hasn’t been officially announced, so it’s not a certainty that these games are coming to Game Pass.
