Once players have the right Havoc talents in place, they’ll want to start studying stat priorities to understand what is most valuable for them as they head intoDragonflight dungeons and raids. Exact stat priority does shift around a bit depending on each situation and strategy, like with any DPS class, but there is a general stat priority order that should be reliable as a starting point.
Havoc Demon Hunter Stats Explained
Agility/Item Level
Agility is the primary stat for Vengeance Demon Hunters. Agility will increase attack power and damage done with abilities. Item level is pretty closely tied to Agility and should be the primary priority in most cases. When it comes to a tie-breaker, then start to think about the secondary stat priority.
Critical Strike
Crits deal double damage and are crucial for climbing the DPS charts as a Havoc Demon Hunter. Particular Havoc talents will also scale nicely with increased Critical Strike.
Mastery
Mastery will increase chaos damage and movement speed for Havoc Demon Hunters. After Critical Strike, it’s probably the best secondary stat to stack.
Haste
Haste is going to increase auto attack speed and reduce the global cooldown time. It also reduces the cooldown times on a number of important crucial Havoc Demon Hunter abilities. This synergy keeps it above Versatility on the priority list.
Versatility
As usual, Versatility boosts all damage and decreases all incoming damage.
Ideal Stat Caps
At this point, Havoc Demon Hunter do not need to worry about stat caps inDragonflightcontent. At some point in the futureDragonflightmeta game it’s possible that might change.
That should be everything that Havoc Demon Hunters need to know as they figure out their stat priorities and begin dominating theWoW Dragonflightendgame content. Be sure to check back for moreWoW Dragonflightnews, updates, and strategy guides in the near future. Until then, For the Horde!
