However, even if this new cross-platform mobile game doesn’t turn out to be related to theDestinyfranchise, Bungie developing a new game that will come to modern mobile devices will naturally pave the way for theDestinyfranchise to eventually explore this kind of opportunity.
The description for this position at Bungie states that this game will be a new IP for the studio, as opposed to being a sequel or spin-off for an existing franchise.
