What Does Impact Do In Zenless Zone Zero?
InZenless Zone Zero, Impact is a base stat that enhances theDaze accumulation ratio. Agents with higher Impact effects can stun enemies faster because their basic and special attacks replenish the Daze gauge more quickly.
By default, each Agent’s strikes and projectiles accumulate Daze points, which stun the enemy when they reach a specific amount. A Dazed (or stunned) enemy is immobilized for a few seconds, becoming more vulnerable to chained attacks. The Impact Effect accelerates this entire process.
Each Impact stat point contributes a small percentage to Daze buildup, which allows for more frequent stuns in combat.

How To Enhance Impact In Zenless Zone Zero
There are two ways to improve an Agent’s Impact inZenless Zone Zero: Getting specificCore Skill Enhancementsor unlocking specificW-Engines.
Unlock Core Skill Enhancements
Characters with higher Impact potential often achieve higher base Impact stats when you unlock their E Core Skill Enhancement. This skill can improve the overall ratio for the Impact effect of the Agent in question. However, you should note that Core Skill Enhancements are prerequisite-dependent. So, in order to achieve Core Skill Enhancement E, you must unlock A, B, C, and D in advance, and doing so will take some time.
You can unlock the first Core Skill Enhancement (A) once you reach level 15 with the Agent.
Unlock And Enhance W-Engines
W-Engines arecombat-enhancing pieces of equipmentthat buff the base and advanced stats of Agents. Certain models, like the Demora Battery Mark 2, also increase the equipper’s Impact Effect. This improvement is in percentage, not stat points. Enhancing a W-Engine can boost its stats, leading to an increase in Impact Ratio.
Best Agents for Impact Effect In Zenless Zone Zero
Among all Agents inZenless Zone Zero, thebest options for the Impact Effect are Von Lycaon, Koleda Belobog, and Anby Demara. These characters’ base Impact stats are already above the average, and even better, they gain an extra Impact Ratio buff through their Core Skill Enhancements and W-Engines.
