Following it’s launch in October of last year,Watch Dogs: Legionhas continued to evolve with new content some of which has surprised fans. Last month,Ubisoft revealed new downloadable content called Legion of the Dead, which is taking the traditional hacking gameplay and adding a co-op roguelike element filled with hordes of the undead. Players need to work together to survive the zombie plague and make it out of London using the various abilities and skills.

However, for many longtimeWatch Dogsfans, the big piece of the Season Pass was still yet to come. Ubisoft previously revealed the return of Aiden Pearce, protagonist from the original Watch Dogs, who would be coming back in the form of anew expansion known as Bloodlines. Not much was known about the expansion content or how Aiden would factor in to the futuristic London storyline. Thankfully, Ubisoft has revealed a new story-centric trailer giving fans a brief look at what to expect.

Set before the events of the mainWatch Dogs: Legioncampaign, Pearce heads to London after getting a call about a potential job in London from longtime collaborator Jordi Chin. It is there, he reunites with Wrench, a fan favorite character fromWatch Dogs 2as well as his nephew Jackson Pearce, though as expected, things don’t quite go to plan. Attempting to steal a device controlling weaponized robots, Wrench takes it for himself and causes Aiden to get captured by the corporation.

Pearce is forced to work for the corporation in getting the device back as they threaten the life of his nephew who is seemingly caught up in the chaos. Pearce attempts to catch back up with Wrench who stole the device in an effort to stop criminals and conmen from running things. Based on the trailer, it appears that even Wrench may be playable alongside Aiden. Fans won’t have too long to wait as the Bloodlines expansion arrives on July 6 as part of theWatch Dogs: Legion Season Pass.

The Bloodlines expansion joins an already content-rich post-launch lifespan forWatch Dogs: Legion. In addition to the previously mentioned Legion of the Dead, players have already gotten a large mix of free and premium content including new characters like Mina Sidhu and theAssassin’s Creedinspired character Darcy. The game is also constantly adding new missions, a co-op mode, and world events to London including an upcoming one that aims totie together theWatch DogsandAssassin’s Creeduniverses.
