The dust has finally settled afterWarframe’slatest updates have dropped. The community has finally gotten a chance to try out some of the best offerings of the Sisters of Parvos update. There, the new Corpus Liches were being farmed non-stop for a chance to get some of the newest thematic armaments in the update called Tenet weapons.

Getting the Tenet weapons requires a Herculean amount of grind as always. That’s why knowing which of these weapons are better than the others is key to saving one’s time when hunting down Corpus Liches or Sisters. Lots ofcommunity veteranshave thankfully done the testing and this is how the Tenet weapons rank up against one another inWarframe.

12Tenet Agendus

The Tenet Agendus is the classic sword and shield setup that many players still find polarizing especially with the odd or rare stances. The Agendus does have its own perk where its heavy attacks can unleash some projectiles similar to those fired by the Arca Plasmor.

While that also practically makes it a decent ranged weapon, do keep in mind that the heavy attack animation is long. So if players want to maximize their damage, whether meleeor ranged, then they might want to consider other Tenet weapons.

11Tenet Livia

The Tenet Livia is a two-handed Nikana, which doesn’t bode well for the weapon. That melee weapon type has had problems since its release thanks to wonky stances and lackluster selection. If anything, a lot of players might have to settle for this weapon as acollector’s iteminstead of a functional tool.

Like its two-handed Nikana cousins, the Tenet Livia can often feel weak or slow. It does have its own ability to counterbalance the poor weapon type but it’s just slightly inflated stats and a block angle that’s slightly better than others.

10Tenet Exec

The Tenet Exec will demand more from its players when it comes to MR requirements but that’s more or less justified. This Corpus-themed heavy blade is unique as far as melee weapons go and it’s also a decent weapon since its slam attacks can release shockwaves. That makes it great for meleecrowd control.

With that said, Impact as its primary damage stat somewhat hurts the weapon as that kind of damage is mostly useful against shields, meaning Corpus enemies. If players are fighting those, they’re better off with ranged weapons. That puts the Exec in an odd spot.

9Tenet Spirex

The Tenet Spirex somewhat suffers from the same problem as Tenet Exec but in pistol form. It guarantees Impact status effects but the difference is that players can easily remedy that with the Hemorrhage mod assuming they want the more powerful Slash status effects instead.

If not, then they can still enjoy the Spirex’s primary damage, which is Heat. Arguably, this makes the weapon easy to mod though not on the same level as an inherent Toxin damage weapon. Overall, it’s a good pistol and a better option compared to the previous Tenet weapons.

8Tenet Diplos

Tenet Diplos is the “cooler” Tenet Spirex since it’s a dual pistol weapon wielded akimbo-style. It can reload while holstered and its main attraction is that its aimed fire variant produces target-seeking rounds— for any marked enemy at least.

Sadly, the primary damage type is also Impact but it can easily be converted to pseudo-Slash thanks to Hemorrhage. Players will want that mod too since Diplos has no inherent element. It does have the second-highest critical chance out of all secondary weapons, making it competent.

7Tenet Detron

The Detron is one of the most recognizable weapons inWarframesince it looks like an over-designed Nerf gun. Don’t be deceived by the looks though, it packs a punch. The Tenet Detron is no exception. It has a good critical chance and also high status chance making it viable for any endgame build.

The alternate fire mode also allows players to empty the magazine which is handyagainst high-priority targets. As an added icing on the cake, this Detron also comes with innate Radiation damage, making it incredibly devastating against Grineer enemies.

6Tenet Flux Rifle

A high-level hit-scan gun. That quality alone is enough for players to make room for the Tenet Flux Rifle. Hit-scan is only the best and most practical kind of projectile inWarframe. The Tenet Flux Rifle enjoys this luxury and even boasts some impressive stats compared to its vanilla Corpus variant.

The Tenet Flux Rifle’s critical chance, for example, is enough to make it viable as a crit-based weapon. Really though, it works better as a status weapon. The fire rate is generous in this one, ensuring that enemies get a healthy dose of Slash and whatever elemental proc players modded in.

5Tenet Tetra

What makes the Tenet Tetra slightly more preferable to the Tenet Flux Rifle is its alternate fire mode. The Tenet Tetra can lob a grenade at the targets, making it better for dealing with groups of enemies and also providing some cheap and accessible crowd control.

It does have some compromises such as being a projectile-based Puncture weapon instead of a hit-scan Slash gun. However, most players should be using it for its alt-fire mode which deals an absurd amount of Blast damage.

4Tenet Grigori

Scythes have always been underrated weapons in theWarframelineup but the Tenet Grigori might just up the weapon type’s game. It adds a gimmick where the heavy slide attacks will release some energy discs that deal damage and have infinite punch through.

For clearing up clustered packs of enemies, some of which might be hiding behind cover, then this weapon performs handsomely. For anything else, it works well as a good Condition Overload weapon due to the astonishing status chance.

3Tenet Cycron

Digital Extremes is back at it again with deceptively overpowered beam pistols. This time around, it’s the Tenet Cycron getting the usual beam secondary love. Like the Atomos or the Kuva Nukor, the Tenet Cycron chains up to enemies adjacent or near the original target.

Sure enough, it’s also a high status weapon with a 40 percent chance. That’s high enough to make it less dependenton dual-stat mods. The weapon also deals Heat damage, making the elemental modding versatile enough for most content.
