Everyone loves agood boss fightin video games. For decades, boss fights have been integral to video game design, presenting players with a vast challenge that each player will take on their way. Sometimes, there are video game bosses that try and get under the player’s skin and act with extreme confidence.

Sometimes, this confidence is unwarranted, as not only does it make the player try harder to defeat the cocky boss, but the boss is ultimately defeated because they aren’t even that tough in the first place, making for somefun boss fights, and extremely easy ones.
8Electrocutioner, Batman: Arkham Origins
Batman has seen many villains, yet few are as pathetically easy as the Electrocutioner. This boss inBatman: Arkham Originsconfidently strides into the ring to fight Batman and boasts to all the criminals watching that this is going to be a fight of epic proportions. The electrocutioner even mentions how badly he is going tobeat Batman up.
Despite a strong health bar and a threatening personality, Electrocutioner falls to Batman after one swift kick to the face, knocking him clean out. It’s a pretty funny fight and shows just how powerful and unforgiving Batman is in his early years ofBatman: Arkham Origins.

7343 Guilty Spark, Halo 3
Few characters in theHalofranchise are more annoying than 343 Guilty Spark. This character is obsessed with maintaining andprotecting the halo rings, even with the knowledge of their capability for vast destruction. Not only does 343 Guilty Spark kill the beloved Sargent Johnson, but he doesn’t seem to shut up.
Players will want to avenge the murder of Sargent Johnson, and 343 Guilty Spark inHalo 3is fairly easy to kill. This character inHalo 3fires slow-moving heat beams that Master Chief can just walk out of the way of, and all he has to do is shoot the small ball a few times for it to be defeated.

6Helios, God Of War 3
Throughout the boss fight with Helios inGod of War 3, this god will boast of Kratos feeling the power of the sun. This may sound like a true threat, and a boast like no other, as looking directly into the sun sounds like it would burn the eyes out of Kratos’ sockets. However, it is no match for thevengeful Ghost of Sparta.
InGod of War 3, all Kratos has to do is slowly walk toward Helios whilst covering his eyes with his hand. It makes power so feared to seem pretty easily bested, and turns the Helios boss fight into something simple. Especially when all players have to do is spam the Circle button to stomp on his head.

5Mysterio, Spider-Man 2
Mysterio is a renowned Spider-Man villain. Although he did not appear in the Sam Raimi films, he makes an appearance in the video game version ofSpider-Man 2. This version of Mysterio is fairly different from their comic counterpart, butthroughout his appearances, there is a great mystery behind him. That is, until his fight with Spider-Man.

When the showdown emerges between the two, many might expect a fight of illusion and intrigue forSpider-Man 2. However, Spider-Man punches Mysterio once, and the villain falls to the floor in surrender, an intensely easy fight indeed.
4Wheatley, Portal 2
There’s something about becoming the person in charge of testing that turns the user into a verbally abusive and outright rude person. Throughout the majority ofPortal 2, players will be trying to find a way to defeat Wheatley, a character that remains fairly rude to the protagonist as the game progresses.
When players finally reach thePortal 2final boss, they will find Wheatley once again talking confidently about how he is superior and not going to lose this fight. Spoiler alert, he loses this fight when the player sets aportal up on the Moon, causing Wheatley to get sucked into space without even throwing a punch.

3Professor Nakayama, Borderlands 2
Throughout the entireBorderlands 2DLC ofSir Hammerlock’s Big Game Hunt, players have been teased by the threatening Professor Nakayama. This character is arenowned and rather dangerousHyperion scientist for what he has done to the local wildlife and bandits of these lands.
When players finally find Professor Nakayama inBorderlands 2, the character boats his intellect and his mass army of guns by his side. However, he takes a tumble, and falls down the stairs he was standing on. Each tumble makes his health bar deplete until he breaks his neck and dies. The player just has to stand there and watch the accident.

2King Bob-omb, Super Mario 64
Before fighting King Bob-omb, the character warns Mario inSuper Mario 64of his great might. This threatening bomb with a crown may talk the talk, but he certainly cannot walk the walk. This boss fight is easy, evenby Mario’s standards.
To defeat this fierce character,Super Mario 64sees the player run behind King Bob-omb to pick him up and throw him on the ground three times. In doing so, the King that once seemed like such a challenging threat with his words explodes into a Power Star.

1Colonel Autumn, Fallout 3
As the commanding officer of the Enclave in the Capital Wasteland, some might expect the main antagonist ofFallout 3to have some protection, both through Enclave soldiers, power armor of his own, and a powerful weapon. However, when players encounter Colonel Autumn, he seems to be alone with a coat and a terrible pistol.
Not only does Colonel Autumn die an easy death, especially considering just how overpowered theFallout 3protagonist would be at this point, butbefore his demise, he boasts about how this is the end for the protagonist. If only he had the sentience to see how damned he was.
