Mahag Saar is the fourth realm that players visit inTales of Ariseand is considerably shorter thanthose which preceded it. Very few main story events take place in the region, and there aren’t all that many side activities or sub-quests either. In total, there are just eight of the latter, and four of these can’t actually be tackled until much later on in the main story.

All that said, there are some pretty decent rewards up for grabs in Mahag Saar, including several useful cooking recipes and artifacts and a new title for Shionne. Granted, it’s not as profitable as some of the other realms inTales of Arise, but one of the quests does provide a key crafting component forAlphen’s best weapon, so it is definitely worth checking out.

Players will need to reach a fairly high level if they’re to have any hope of completing all of them and will also have to use their brains a little to figure out a rather obscure riddle. This guide will help to speed up the process, however, providing information onhow to complete every sub-quest in Mahag Saaras well as the rewards that are available for doing so.
Meet with Dedyme after arriving in Niez.
How to Complete City Renewal
Give the man threeDemihuman Muscles. These are sometimes dropped by the Riot Claw enemy, which can be found in both the Mount Dhiara and Este Luvah Forest areas.
How to Complete Kisara’s Initiation
Give the woman some peppers (x4), beef (x2), potatoes (x4), and Salmon (x2). Players should already have a pretty decent stock of potatoes and peppers by this point in the game. As for beef and Salmon, they can harvest some of the former at the ranch and get hold of a few Salmon throughthe fishing mini-game.
Wonder Bard (Niez)
Unlock Requirements
Complete the “A Healer and Her Patients” sub-quest in Cyslodia and then meet with Dedyme in Niez.
How to Complete The Mysterious Pair
Follow the Wonder Bard’s clues tothe northern border of Iglia Wastesand look for the Iron Pipe near some blue sparkles up against the boundary wall.
Visit Aqfotle Hills for the first time.
How to Complete Gourmet Saga: Prairie Scent
Give Gourdeno some lettuce (x4), apples (x2), and lemons (x4). Players should already have plenty of apples by this point in the game and can find the other two ingredients in the Adan Lake area.
Defeat Vholran inDel Fharis Castleand then cross the Forland Mountains.
How to Complete Echoes
Head to the B2 floor of the Fortress Ruins in Este Luvah Forest and defeatthe two Ruthless Gigant Zeugles(level 43). It’s best to tackle them one at a time as they become more powerful once their HP falls below 50%.
Fleeing Man (Wharf)
Defeat Vholran in Del Fharis Castle and then cross the Forland Mountains.
How to Complete Skybound Swarm
Head over to Aqfotle Hills and defeatthe Mother Boomy Gigant Zeugle(level 42). It has no elemental weaknesses, though is a little more vulnerable to physical attacks than some of the other Gigant Zeugles.
Reach the Rena section of the main story.
How to Complete Farewell, Mage
Head to the Tower of the Wind Spirit on Mount Dhiara and climb the stairs to the very top. After dealing with the regular enemies and the Sylph Zloa, defeat the Procella Sylph mini-boss (level 70). All of the enemies here are weak to earth attacks, so players should set the party up with this in mind.
How to Complete Owl Sanctuary
Speak to the owl in Niez and then visit the Owl Forest. Choose either of the options (it makes no difference which one the player chooses) and then return to Giselle.
