Street Fighter 6has officially revealed the dates for its upcoming closed beta test, as well as details of what will be available during the test. The newestStreet Fighter’s closed beta was announced as part ofCapcom’s presentation for Tokyo Games Show 2022with the developer placing a heavy focus on the sequel. Four characters coming to the newest game were introduced including franchise staples like Ken, Blanka, and E.Honda. Boasting a variety of online features, Capcom has now revealed when players will get their first chance to test out the game.

Capcom’s official website for theStreet Fighter 6closed beta test also reveals the various game modes that will be available to players during the three-day period. Players will be able to try out both Casual and Ranked matches during the closed beta. The Game Center will also appear during the test, allowing players to fight against others in Battle Hub matches and featuringclassicStreet Fightergamesthat will rotate in and out daily. The test period will even feature open tournaments according to the beta test’s official website.

Alongside the major gameplay features, details forStreet Fighter 6’s beta test also revealed several quality-of-life options coming with the test. The beta will feature cross-platform play as well as the option for players to switch between modern and classic control schemes. Players can customize theirreal-time commentary inStreet Fighter 6with several voices, including well-known esports casters like Kosuke Hiraiwa and Tasty Steve.
