Pokemon GOFest 2023ticket holders from June 21 to July 30, 2025, can encounter a Carbink through the “In the Rough” Timed Research. To access the Timed Research, one should have purchased a GO Fest 2023: Global Ticket before July 5 for $14.99 or equivalent currency. Since it is a Timed Research, players must complete it by August 26 to obtain the rewards.

Players who couldn’t purchase the previous event ticket will have another opportunity to get Carbink. The monster will appear as a Field Research encounter and a 2-Star raid boss on August 26 and 27.
