Before getting into the specifics of Abundant Noise’s tasks and rewards, it is worth mentioning that the Special Research need not be finished during the Noibat Community Day event. Step 3

Step 3 Completion Rewards:2,500 XP, 1x Rocket Radar, 15x Ultra Ball

Step 4

Step 4 Completion Rewards:3,000 XP, Noivern Encounter, 3x Rare Candy

To note, it is quite expensive toevolve Noibat into Noivern inPokemon GO, requiring players to spend a whooping 400 Candies. Fortunately, fans will receive double Catch Candy for the duration of the Noibat Community Day event, significantly increasing the rate at which they can earn Noibat Candy.

Players can increase the rate of Candy acquisition even further by using Pinap Berries during their catches and having a Level 3 Dragon- or Flying-type Mega-Evolved Pokemon active. Indeed, fans that employ both of these strategies will earn 14 Noibat Candies per catch duringPoGO’s Noibat Community Day event, allowing them to accumulate the requisite 400 Candies in less than 30 catches.

With respect to the rewards that can be earned through the completion of the Abundant Noise Special Research, they will come as no surprise to fans that have participated in some of the other recent Community Days. Indeed, these rewards are standard, and players that are typically hesitant to purchase Special Research are unlikely to feel differently this time around. That said, the Rocket Radar has some added value at this precise moment, due to the ongoingTeam GO Rocket Takeover inPokemon GO, and it may entice some fans to splurge on a ticket.
