A talented Pokemon artist who goes by the name JUST_DRAWINGS709 has shared a concept in which they show their take on the Charizard Mega Evolution Z. The new concept shows Charizard with a unique color theme and additional features that distinguish it from the original Mega Evolutions,Mega Charizard X and Mega Charizard Y. The fan-made Charizard has a predominantly dark body with a contrasting bright green underbelly and wings. The iconic tail flame has also been changed from the traditional red/orange color to a green fire which could indicate a different type of alignment, such as Dragon or Poison-type, instead of the typical Fire/Flaying-type that is present in the official Mega Evolutions.

While some fans claim that they have seen enough of Charizard’s Mega Evolution concepts over the years, many praise this one, claiming that it’s one of the best fan-made concepts they’ve seen featuring this Pokemon. Some comments even pointed out that they wouldn’t mind if Charizard received a similar Mega Evolution in theupcomingPokemon Legends: Z-A, a new entry to thePokemonvideo game series, releasing worldwide in 2025.
