Recently, anOverwatchfan and Reddit user pointed out this connection between the two again concerning the game’s resident hamster hero and his voice actor.

Reddit user founderofshoneys pointed out that Wrecking Ball has the same voice actor as another rodent character in the filmThe Suicide Squad. The voice actor in question is Dee Bradley Baker, a prolific American voice actor with quite the background of voice-acting roles in entertainment, including video games. In the film, Baker is credited for voicing Sebastian the Rat, the rodent companion of the supervillain Ratcatcher 2 played by Daniela Melchior.
Dee Bradley Baker had many voice acting roles in various popular animated shows, films, and video games. Plenty of which were brought up in the Reddit post by many users who are fans of Baker’s extensive list of characters over the years. Users repeatedly brought up his work voicing the many Clone troopers from the popular 3D-animated seriesStar Wars: The Clone Wars. He continued to voice the Clones in both EA’sStar Wars Battlefront 2andStar Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.
As far as animal characters go, Baker voiced many animal characters over the years, some more popular than others. A notable example is Baker’s role as the animal secret agent Perry the Platypus from the Disney cartoon Phineas and Ferb.
