Minecraft Legendshas players playing melodies to command the Allays, sprites that harvest resources and build structures on their behalf. Initially, players have access to melodies for harvesting Wood and Stone, along with melodies for creating ramps, walls, and carpenter huts. They are also able to create spawners for Wood and Stone Golems, who form the backbone of the player’s army in the early game.
In order toget more melodiesinMinecraft Legends, players will have to perform several tasks. Ranging from simply building improvements to completing specific activities in the open world, players will have their work cut out for them when it comes to gaining access to all the myriad melodies the game has to offer.

How to Get More Melodies in Minecraft Legends
Building Improvements
As explained during the game’s opening/tutorial,one method for acquiring new melodies is the construction of improvements.Constructing the Improvement to harvest a resource will unlock the melody for harvesting that resource and usually also unlocks the melodies for structures that are built using that resource. For example, learning how to harvest iron also unlocks the melody for constructing the Masonry, which is built using iron and allows players to upgrade surrounding towers and walls with stone.
In the case of Harvesting Iron specifically, it also unlocks the recipe for two new spawner types, granting access to Grindstone Golems and Mossy Golems. To unlock spawners built with the other resources, players will need to complete an extra step.

Liberating the Mobs
A short while after completing the game’s opening/tutorial, a cutscene will play, revealing that thehomes of several different mobs have been overtaken by the Piglin hordes.Players should head towards those homesteads as soon as possible if they plan on unlocking the melodies for those mob’s spawners. Players will need to charge into the captured homestead, run out the Piglins, and free the trapped mobs. Once this is done, players will need to lead the mobs in a charge on a nearby Piglin portal to fully liberate the area and unlock the melody for a new mob spawner type.
Doing these liberation objectives as soon as possible will allow players to gain access to mob spawners for a number of mobs, including skeletons, zombies, and creepers, increasing their options when assembling an army to take the fight to the Piglins. Players will still need a way to get hold of the resources for building these spawners, so constructing the relevant gathering improvement back at the well is essential for players wanting to use these new mob spawners.
