Studs play an extremely important role inLEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, and players will earn them in abundance as they make their way through the game’s various episodes and missions. That said, some unlockables, such asLEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga’s Capital Ships, require a tremendous amount of the currency, and they may put fans' stud stockpiles under strain. Fortunately, there are a number of methods for farming a ton of studs, one of which can be performed without any input from the player.
To note, this AFK stud farming trick can only be used if the “Echo Base Escape!” mission is yet to be completed. This transitional mission occurs just after the assault on Echo Base near the beginning of Episode 5 - The Empire Strikes Back, and it is not possible to access the area in free play. While this may be disappointing to those fans that have already passed that point, there are some other excellent options forfarming studs inLEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Sagathat they can still use.

LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga - AFK Stud Farm
As previously noted, thisLEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Sagastud trick centers around the “Echo Base Escape!” mission, which is accessed through Episode 5. Once a player reaches this mission, they should walk forward from its starting point, take their first left, and continue forward a few steps to a position in the hallway that is flanked by two metal doors. This specific location can be seen in the following video, and the metal doors are the key to farming studs while AFK.
Indeed, these doors are unlimited stud sources, continuously providing the currency when they are attacked. To exploit this, fans should switch to Chewbacca, who has no recoil when shooting his weapon, and position him to fire on one of the doors.LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Sagaplayerscan then use a rubber band to hold down their controller’s right trigger, or an auto clicker if they are using a mouse, to repeatedly fire Chewbaca’s gun and collect studs from the door without any further inputs.
To note, unlockingstud multipliers inLEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Sagaand investing in the Attract Studs Core Upgrade makes this farm even better. As such, fans may want to consider putting some of the preliminary studs that they obtain from the doors in “Echo Base Escape!” toward those unlockables. While it is not requisite that players follow this advice, doing so will certainly pay off in the long term.
