A few days have passed since the release ofFive Nights at Freddy’s: Security Breach. While it’s most likely that players haven’t found all of the secrets hidden within the game, the general estimate for a normal playthrough length can be estimated.

Despite the title, players will only be spending one night in-game over the course ofFive Nights at Freddy’s: Security Breach. This doesn’t mean players are in for a short ride though, with plenty to see and do throughout Freddy Fazbear’s Mega Pizzaplex. The threat of being killed by an animatronic will also lengthen the time of most initial playthroughs.

This game contains multiple endings, but players aren’t likely to see the true ending on their first playthough. Most will be getting either a one-star or two-star ending, which takes less time than the three-star ending.

When going throughFNAF: Security Breachfor the first time, the game will take around seven hours to finish and reach one of the endings. Many of the puzzles however remain the same when playing through again, allowing players to cut down play time to around two hours if they know exactly what to do.Getting caught by any of the animatronicswill add some time onto the run, of course, making it important to save frequently whenever possible.

For those who want to play through normally, but also experience some of the content off the beaten path, the playthrough will be on average about eleven hours. This of course isn’t the time that a completionist playthrough will take, witha completionist runtaking around thirteen and a half hours on average. Players however are still discovering new secrets and pieces of lore withinSecurity Breach, making it possible for this time to increase as more are found.

Surprisingly, there are quitea few speedrunsalready submitted to Speedrun.com. Thanks to certain glitches, players in the Any Percent category have already managed to beat the game in a little over five minutes. This of course means that the average player won’t be getting these times in their runs, especially after the skips are inevitably patched out by Steel Wool Studios.

For those who want to connect withtheFNAFcommunityand help contribute to the information involving game playthrough times, players should submit their playtimes to HowLongToBeat.com. The more playthroughs that are submitted, the more accurate game time assessments can be shared with those looking for times.
