Now, the latest member of the cast for Kojima’s latest project has been revealed, and it is none other than Shioli Kutsuna. Born in Austrialia, Kutsuna moved to Japan at age 14 to pursue her career in acting, and is most known for her role as Yukio inDeadpool 2. The actress has also starred in the Netflix movieMurder Mystery, as well as featuring in multiple other TV shows and films. She appeared on the website forKojima Productionswith text reading “where am I?” along her face.
Kutsuna has worked in video game related projects before, appearing inSquare Enix’s CGI filmKingsglaive:Final Fantasy 15. However it appears this will mark her first major role within a game itself. Her reveal is similar to the images that showed off Margaret Qualley and Elle Fanning, who also appeared in close-ups with red lighting and a cryptic question over their faces. Whatever Kojima is cooking up for his next title, it seems that fans will once again be treated to an experience unlike many other games being released today.
