Since the game arrived back in September 2020, players have been complaining that even though alternate sprints are usually faster, using them can cause a lot of frustration as the character models can get stuck for no real reason. Multiple replies in the comment section claim that they appreciate HoYoverse for listening to their community and implementing these much-needed changes in the upcoming update. These adjustments will have the highest impact on Ayaka and Mona considering that it affects their usual movement around the world. Another big problem that will be resolved in the upcoming update isGenshin Impact’s file sizewhich is becoming increasingly bigger with each new update.
Recent leaks have revealed that the game will apparently delete some of its older unusable content which will reduce the game’s file size. One wayplayers can decreaseGenshin Impact’s file sizeis by deleting and recontacting the game whenever a new update arrives. At the moment, upgrading to a new patch won’t delete the files for the previous limited content.
Players can also delete some language packs they don’t use in the game since voice packs take up a big portion of the game’s file size. Apart from adding a new element, the new update will also target some existing ones. The same article has confirmed that theElectro and Hydro Elemental Resonances will receive significant buffsthat could turn the meta in their favor.
