AGenshin Impactfan has created a map of the whole world of Teyvat, based on the in-game lore. The game’s main continent consists of seven major regions, three of which are yet to be introduced to the game. At the moment, Travelers can explore four different nations: Mondstadt, Liyue, Inazuma, and the recently introduced Sumeru.
The addition of a new major nation is probably the most important event inGenshin Impact’s community. The Sumeru region brought a mysterious rainforest as well as an enormous desert that is yet to be completely unlocked. Each of these map extensions also included a couple of interesting characters which are now part of the playable roster.

After gathering information from the game’s official storyline, Reddit user Eoliao has created an impressive speculating map of Teyvat. The map attracted a lot of attention onGenshin Impact’s official subreddit as the post reached over 2k upvotes. Many fans claim that the positions of the future major regions such as Natlan, Fontaine, and Snezhnaya are probably accurate, at least going by the game’s official lore. According to the map, Natlan will probably be located southeast of Sumeru, andGenshin Impactplayers have found a mysterious tunnelthat could lead to the Pyro nation.
Snhezhnaya is expected to be the last of the seven major regions to arrive to the game since it features a lot of characters that are rumored to be the end-game bosses such as the Eleven Fatui Harbingers. They are known as extremely powerful high-ranking officers that work for the Fatui organization which is led by the infamous Cryo Archon Tsaritsa.Most of the Harbingers will most likely become playable charactersin the future, just like Tartaglia and Wanderer.
Fans will probably have to wait for a long time to enter Natlan and Snezhnaya as credible Genshin Impact leakers revealed thatFontaine will be the next major region to arrive toGenshin Impact. Fontaine is home to the Hydro Archon, and it’s expected to be filled with lakes, rivers, and waterfalls. Over the last couple of months, leaks have already revealed around 10 new playable characters that will join the roster, including Focalors, who is confirmed to be the new Hydro Archon.
Some credible leakers have also revealed thatHoYoverse will most likely introduce a Mondstadt expansionbefore Fontaine’s arrival. The Anemo nation is by far the smallest region in the game at the moment and rumors claim that its current version only represents 60% of its whole explorable terrain.
