Square Enix has just unveiled the anticipated design of the one-of-a-kindFinal Fantasy 7LEGO Brick model that it will be given away to a lucky gamer. Fans will likely recall that they had to vote for one of fourclassic scenes inFinal Fantasy 7to be recreated into a LEGO model, and now, the company has revealed which of the designs has won as the community’s favorite.

There is much anticipation within the player base regarding thelaunch ofFinal Fantasy 7 Rebirth, the sequel to the original title’s modern iteration,FF7 Remake. According to Square Enix, the PS5 title is slated for release during Winter 2023, but no exact dates have been announced yet. Nevertheless, fans still have plenty of other things to look forward to. 2022 markedFinal Fantasy 7’s 25th anniversary, and Square Enix’s celebrations of the occasion have trickled forward to 2023. Back in February 2023, part of the festivities revealed the production and giveaway of anFF7-inspired LEGO Brick set.

On Twitter, Final Fantasy 7 finally announced which classic scene from the video game will be recreated as a LEGO Brick model. According to the post, the fateful encounter betweenFinal Fantasy 7charactersCloud Strife and Aerith Gainsborough in the Sector 5 slums was the most voted for by fans. Photos of what the LEGO set will look like were also shared, with the diorama focusing mainly on the church’s interior. This includes the stained-glass windows, broken down church pews, Aerith’s flowers, and even the hole in the roof that Cloud fell through.

Given that thisFinal Fantasy 7LEGO Brick model is not officially made by the toy production company, there are no LEGO Minifigures of Cloud or Aerith in the set. However, Square Enix did its best to represent the characters in the most LEGO-like way possible. Fans who want to try their luck in getting the set should join the sweepstakes as soon as possible, as entries will be closed by July 24, 2025, 10:00 AM BST or 2:00 AM PDT. Unfortunately, the giveaway is only open to residents from specific locations, limiting the number of participants for the contest.

According to Square Enix, two versions of theFinal Fantasy 7LEGO Brick model will be given away, a Cloud version and an Aerith version. TheFinal Fantasy 7communitycan only hope that the odds will be for them, and that they will win one of the two sets that are up for grabs.
