Fallout 4has received an influx of players alongside the release of theFalloutTV show. The game has also received a next gen update for PC and consoleswith new quests and graphical improvements.Power Armor was changed drastically inFallout 4.The suits of armor are hulking machines that you get inside and act as a powerful shield against radiation and enemies.
The X-01 Power Armor is the suit used by the evil Enclave faction. Its devil horn inspired design graced the cover ofFallout 2.It is one of the most powerful and rare Power Armors you can find in the wasteland. They will only spawn on the map when you areLevel 28or higher. This means you’ll probably use them towards the end of the game and into the DLC areas. They can spawn wherever power armor appears, but there are only a few spots where they are guaranteed. This guide will show you where to findfully outfittedX-01 Power Armor in the wasteland.
Court 35 Building
The Court 35 building is an unmarked area in the Boston area. you’re able to find it directly to the east of the Custom House Tower.
Look for the large lit sign out front and enter the lobby. Use the elevator on the left to ascend to the roof.
You will be attacked on bothsides by an Assaultronand a Sentry Robot. Defeat them and press thetwo red buttonsin the small spawning rooms on each side. This will open the central door on the roof, revealing the X-01. This power armor can sometimes glitch and appear to be a different set. Get in the armor and it should correct its appearance.
Nuka World Power Plant
It’s recommended that you are Level 30 before startingthe Nuka World DLC.Another fully equipped X-01 can be found in themonitoring stationon the southeastern side of the Nuka World Power Plant.
Look for the large red tower behind the power plant. It will be lit up with red lights if you approach at night. The door at the base of the tower requires you tocrack a Novice lock.
Complete the Advanced Hack on the monitoring station terminal and the full X-01 suit is yours.
Dry Rock Gulch
The Dry Rock Gulch is an old west attraction in the Nuka World DLC. Headwestfrom the area to a nearby road.
Defeat the glowing ghouls that surround the derelict military convoy. The full X-01 suit is on the back of a truck next to a radioactive barrel.
