The Heeters family was recently introduced inDragon Ball Super’sGranolah the Survivor Saga. The Heeters command a very powerful force, called the Heeters Force, much like the many powerful forces introduced in the story, such as the Frieza Force.

Being an antagonist group, the Heeters played quite an important role in their arc and even serve as the main villains of the arc they’re featured in. Although not the greatest of antagonists, the Heeters certainly are an interesting bunch and there is a lot that every fan of Dragon Ball should know about them.
7Their Base
While most villainous groups inDragon BallSuperhave their planet to rule from, the Heeters choose a rather different approach. Instead of using a planet as their base, they live on a giant asteroid and make convenient use of it.
The asteroid has been carved to create the perfect base for the Heeters and from here, the group decides their plan of action, as seen in the Granolah the Survivor arc ofDragon Ball Super. It is possible that they choose not to stay on one planet due to being in the brokering business and, thus, having to travel all the time. At the same time, the Heeters appear to be rather comfortable in doing what they do.

6The Leader
Elec stands at the top of the Heeter Forceand, being the leader of the organization, plays the role of the main antagonist of the Granolah the Survivor arc. Unlike most villains inDragon Ball, however, he isn’t nearly as obsessed with strength. Instead, according to Elec, intel is what matters the most and according to him, it is just as valuable as military might, if not more.
Elec is one of the most intelligent people in the story and his ability to deduce things is more than impressive. With a strategic man such as Elec at the helm, it is easy to see why the Heeters Force has been able to pull the strings from behind the shadows for so long.

5Connection To Frieza
Frieza and the Heeters have known each other for quite a long time. Forty years ago, Frieza andthe Saiyans destroyed the Cerealiansin a cruel fashion, and immediately after, the Heeters, led by Elec, arrived to ensure the sale of the planet to the Sugarians.

At the time, the Heeters Force mentioned a future plan to eliminate Frieza, however, that obviously didn’t come to fruition. Nonetheless, over the years, the Heeters Force has stayed active and finally become important again in the Granolah the Survivor arc of the story.
4Other Members
Along with Elec, the Heeters Force is filled with quite a few other capable people, all of which happen to be Elec’s younger siblings. Oil, one of the two younger brothers of Elec, was thought to be strong enough to defeatGranolah before he became the strongest in the universe. Meanwhile, Elec’s younger sister, Macki is just as loyal to Elec as Oil, however, she appears to be the least evil member of the group.
Finally, Gas is likely the strongest of the three and although he doesn’t talk much, his strength does the talking for him. When put together, the Heeters have proven themselves to be a mighty bunch that has, on several occasions, shown clever ways to get around tough situations and still continue to thrive by relying on each other.

3Toriyama’s Involvement
Elec and all the other Heeter siblings were designed by Akira Toriyama for the Granolah the Survivor arc himself. Although Toyotarou is the illustrator of theDragon Ball Supermanga, Toriyama often pays extra attention to certain important characters, and apparently, the Heeter siblings are a few of them.

According to Toyotarou, Toriyama laid a lot of emphasis on getting the character designs right, which, once again, shows that they’re quite important to the story, at least in the Granolah the Survivor arc.
2Their Goal
Being quite smart, the Heeters have devised a clever strategy to take control of the entirety of Universe 7. Withthe threat of Frieza looming, no army can take over Universe 7, however, with a clever plan and the patience to pull it off, the Heeters can possibly succeed.
Their main goal is to capture Zuno in order to get every bit of intel that he has out of him. Following this, they plan to get their hands on the Dragon Balls and then take control of the entirety of the Frieza Force to dominate Universe 7 for years to come. It is quite clear to see that the Heeters are extremely ambitious but whether their plan bears fruit or not remains to be seen.

1Their Names
Dragon Ball characters' names always have interesting ideas behind them. With the Heeters, Toriyama and Toyotarou have gone with puns based on various energy sources. Elec’s name could possibly have been based on electricity, while Oil’s name is pretty self-explanatory.
Macki’s name is either based on a ribbon/wrappable heater or firewood, both of which include the word for “maki” in Japanese. Finally, Gas' name, just like Oil’s is quite easy to figure out and is based on gas itself.
