To get Dreamlight Fruit inDisney Dreamlight Valley, players mustreach Friendship level seven with Simba and complete the Seed of Memories Quest. Among the rewards for completing the mission is the ability to have Dreamlight Fruit Trees scattered around various Biomes.
Upon reaching the required level with Simba,it’s crucial to progress with Scarand unlock the Forgotten Lands for 15,000 Dreamlight if players haven’t done so already. Speak with Simba who is sad because he can’t remember his life in Dreamlight Valley. Then, Dreamers need to speak with Scar as he’s mostly protected from the curse in his cave. It turns out that there’s a hidden entrance in the Sunlit Plateau’s Mines where players will find a Dreamlight Tree Seed.
Sunlit Plateau’s Mines Hidden Entrance Location
To find the hidden entrance, fast-travel to Sunlit Plateau and enter the mines. Cross the rocks to the area on the right side where there’s a small grill. Turn left and walk to the strange beam of light and interact with the strange rocks to enter the hidden room.
Inside, the Protagonists will investigate the drawing on the wall and the table full of tubes and beakers. The former is a drawing of a tree that needs two potions to grow, and the latter is a station that possesses two empty spots for some vials. Return to Merlin who reveals that the Dreamlight Tree is ‘slumbering’ and requires two potions to ‘awaken’; Potion of Growth and Potion of Dust.

To get Potion of Growth and Potion of Dust, players need to create them at the Crafting Station using the following ingredients:
Once the potions are crafted, return to the Herbalist Room and place the two vials in their spot to get the Dreamlight Tree Seed.
The Empty Vial requires Glass made using Sand and Coal Ore at the Crafting Station.
Speak with Simba who guides players to the pond in the Sunlit Plateau and asks them to plant the seed there. Once the crop is planted, tend to it and water it every few hours to get the Dreamlight Fruit Tree. Finally, listen to the conversation between Scar and Simba to complete the Memories of SeedsQuest inDisney Dreamlight Valleyand gain the ability to harvest Dreamlight Fruit.
It’s possible to use a Growth Elixir on the Watering Can when taking care of the seed to make it grow instantly without wasting any time.
