Diona is a playable Support character who can shield and heal her team inGenshin Impact. Not only that, but Diona can also buff her team from multiple sources in her kit. This list will list some of thebest teams for Diona inGenshin Impact.
Diona + Chasca + Furina + Bennett
Having Diona teaming with Furina, Bennett, and Chasca will greatly increase the team’s Elemental reactions. This is because of Diona’s C6 effect that grants Chasca 200 Elemental Mastery, which will greatly increase every Melt and Vaporize reaction she triggers. Additionally, if Diona has the Noblesse Oblige set, she will further increase Chasca’s ATK by 20%.
In this Diona team,Chasca is the main DPSand is going to operate as a driver. On the other hand, Diona, Furina, and Bennett all have buffs that can take Chasca’s DMG and Elemental reactions to the next level.
Team Roles
Diona + Nahida + Xingqiu + Kuki Shinobu
Since Cryo doesn’t affectDendro reactions inGenshin Impact, players can include Diona in Dendro teams. This Hyperbloom team relies on Nahida operating as a main DPS and Xingqiu as a Sub-DPS. Both Dendro and Hydro units will continuously trigger the Bloom reaction and summon Dendro cores around enemies. This is where Kuki gets into play with her Elemental Skill that will target these Dendro cores and trigger them into Hyperbloom.
As for Diona in this team, she will reduce enemies’ resistance to Dendro DMGwhile shielding the teamand giving them 200 Elemental Mastery, amplifying the DMG of every Hyperbloom hit. She can do that by wielding the Deepwood Memories set. Diona will also free Nahida from this job, and Nahida will rock the Gilded Dreams set and enjoy a notable increase in her DPS.
Diona + Skirk + Yelan + Escoffier
Diona can team withSkirk inGenshin Impact. Diona grants the team some survivability, and, as a Cryo unit, participates in increasing Skirk’s DMG through her Ascension Passive. Escoffier does the same job as Diona while offering an off-field Cryo DMG alongside a mega shred to enemies’ resistance to Cryo and Hydro. This is where Yelan truly shines. When pairing Yelan and Skirk together, they will both unleash an insane amount of DMG as they constantly freeze enemies.
Players can change either Diona or Escoffier with Furina, who will increase both Yelan and Skirk’s DMG from her Elemental Burst.In this Morgana team, Diona’s Elemental Mastery doesn’t add anything to the team, but her Noblesse Oblige and Elegy for the End ATK buff can help Skirk and Yelan deal more DMG.
Diona + Yoimiya + Xingqiu + Bennett
Going back to simpler times, Diona can team withPyro characters inGenshin Impactto trigger the Melt or Vaporize reactions. In this case, Yoimiya will take the lead with her Pyro Normal attacks after casting her Elemental Skill. Xingqiu will help her from the off-field, helping Yoimiya deal an incredible amount of Vaporize DMG.
As for Bennett, he’s crucial to the team since he significantly buffs Yoimiya’s ATK while triggering the Pyro Resonance with her. Finally, Diona will buff the team’s ATK% from her Noblesse Oblige set. Her Elemental Mastery buff will also come in handy to increase Yoimiya’s Vaporize and Melt DMG.
