How To Fix Unable to Find a Valid License for Diablo IV Error
The development team had a bit of a hiccup on launch night. Afterthe team revealed their favorite builds, it became apparent that some accounts were mistakenly disconnected from the game.
There was a brief announcement from Blizzard that the development team was aware of the issue and is looking to fix it. That message is now no longer displayed on the front page of Battle.net as the mistake has been fixed. To get this fix, update the launcher from the icon in the top left.

The reason for the code is likely due to server traffic. The servers will allow players to play but can’t verify each player at all times as they log on, explaining why the occurrence would happen in the middle of a game session. Regardless of the reason, this latest update appears to have fixed the problem.
After getting it installed, players should be able tocollect all crafting materialsand level up. There is plenty to explore and do in the game, hopefully the technical issues going forward are kept to a minimum.

If the Issue Persists
Unfortunately, the fix on consoles may not be as simple as the update on PC. The official Diablo Twitter account has given gamers an update that the issue is still being worked on. As of the time of this writing, there has been no further information.
The tweet mentioned the PlayStation users but Xbox users are getting the same issue. For now, all that can be recommended is patience which is rather unfair to those who were looking forward to challenging themselves to be one of the first to reach level 100 on hardcore mode.

Blizzard has already had a famous error code go viral, they are happy that this one was fixed quickly enough to avoid a similar fate. It’s hard enoughfiguring out the new paragon system, these technical issues haven’t been endearing.
Diablo 4is available now for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
