ADiablo 4player has created a map for others to use that shows a path to collect all Altars of Lilith in a single run. The collectible Altars of Lilith are a key aspect of progression inDiablo 4. Not only do they provide stat bonuses, but also move players forward in each area’s Renown track. They’re a pain to find, which makes guides to find each Altar of Lilith invaluable. This might be the first Altar of Lilith map, however, to show howDiablo 4players can collect them in one long session.
Altars of Lilith, as their name would imply, are simple statues that are spread throughoutDiablo 4’s setting of Sanctuaryin hard-to-find corners. When found, players can click on them to claim them, earning a permanent stat bonus or similar reward. Each individual statue doesn’t reward much, perhaps a +2 to Strength or Dexterity, but over time they add up to a significant buff. There are 160 total Altars of Lilith to find inDiablo 4. That’s ultimately +68 Dexterity, Intelligence, Strength, and Willpower, 4 Paragon Points, and an increase of +100 Murmuring Obal Capacity.

The map itself is very intuitive. There’s a green circle in the Fractured Peaks town of Nostra denoting where the path begins and a red circle in theDry Steppes area of Kotama Grasslandsmarking the path’s end. The blue line marks the part of the path players will move constantly forward on, while the pink paths marks sidetracks where players will have to backtrack. Each individual Altar of Lilith is marked by a red icon, which players can mark off in an image editor as they go along.
ForDiablo 4players that want to knock out every Altar of Lilith in one fell swoop, this is a great resource. And that’s entirely plausible because the world ofDiablo 4opens as soon as players begin. Some Altars of Lilith are in Stronghold areas or PvP zones, which aren’t labeled on the map, butDiablo 4players should be able to manage those, regardless.
The map isn’t perfect, by any means. Waypoints aren’t marked on the map and don’t appear to be used to speed things up as able, potentially under the assumption thatDiablo 4players using the map won’t have Waypoints unlocked. Also, if aDiablo 4player already has a number of Altars of Lilith unlocked, there’s no great way to optimize the path by skipping those.
One last thing that needs to be mentioned is that actually doing this path inDiablo 4will take a surprisingly long time. It will take hours, soDiablo 4players will want to either clear their schedules or break the path into smaller sections. Still, mostendgame-mindedDiablo 4playerswill end up collecting the Altars of Lilith in time anyway. Doing it in one efficient run does have its appeal.
Diablo 4is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
