Redditor Depressed_Doomfist shared their awesome character creation, which reimaginesTeam Fortress 2’s Medic as aDestiny 2Warlock. The details on display here are awesome, and they’ve seemingly managed to capture most of the nuances of the Medic’s jacket. The only issue is the fact that the Medic is unmasked inTeam Fortress2, and this isn’t possible inDestiny 2, but with a little bit of suspension of disbelief, it still works perfectly.

Depressed_Doomfist also shared all of the individual armor pieces they used to bring the Medic to life. The helmet is aSpeaker’s Sight, with other items including the Solstice Gloves (Rekindled), Wrath Trail Boots, and the Contender Bond. The main piece, though, is the Lost Pacific Robes, which capture the silhouette of theTeam Fortress 2Medic perfectly. In the image, it’s also possible to see whichDestiny 2ornamentswere used to recolor each armor piece, which is what really makes this creation look just like the Medic.

It won’t be long now untilDestiny 2turns seven years old, but Bungie seems set to support the game for a while longer yet.Destiny 2’s The Final Shape DLCwas released last month, which added a lot of new content that will keep both veterans and new players engaged with the title. As of right now, only the first episode of The Final Shape has been released: Echoes. In October 2024 and February 2025 respectively, this will be followed by Revenant and Heresy, which should prove to be an even bigger upgrade to The Final Shape. Post-Revenant and Heresy, it remains to be seen whether Bungie plans to continue theDestinystory via more expansions, or even a sequel.
