Before players can experience content added inCult of the Lamb’s Sins of the Fleshupdate, they must first have defeated three Bishops of Old Faith. Afterward, simply perform a Sermon,a Doctrine, or Ritual, and the update’s content will be unlocked.Sins of the Fleshintroduces the new “Sin” system along with a plethora of new content, including new unlockable buildings, outfits, and more.

The Drinkhouse is a new building added inSins of the Fleshthat serves as a relaxation hub for followers. This building offers a variety of beverages, ranging from delightful new drinks to a peculiar brew made from poop. Excessive drinking can cause followers to enter a Befuddled state, becoming disruptive and breaking out in fights with other followers. In order to obtain the Drinktender Vest follower outfit, the player will need to mix some spirits to raise some spirits inCult of the Lamb: Sins of the Flesh.

How to Build the Drinkhouse

Before the player can unlock the Drinktender Vest, they must first construct theDrinkhouse. The Drinkhouse can be unlocked by spending1 Divine Inspirationat the Shrine. Its prerequisite building in the skill tree is the Prison. Building the Drinkhouse requires the following materials:

How to Get the Drinktender Vest

The Drinktender Vest outfit is unlocked afterpreparing 30 drinks at the Drinkhouse or Drinkhouse II. Once unlocked, the player canvisit the new Tailor’s buildingand craft this Unique follower robe. The Drinktender Vest can be equipped on any follower but, as it is Unique, onlyone follower can wear this outfit at any given time.Players can choose the follower who is assigned to wear it just like any other follower outfit.

There are six recipes that players can brew at the Drinkhouse. Preparing any combination of these drinks will count toward unlocking the outfit:

It’s important to note that followers can have too good of a time at the Drinkhouse, causing them to become Befuddled and triggering vomiting. Inebriated followers can become quarrelsome, leading to brawls with other followers that are generally destructive, requiring intervention.
