Ananime’squality is judged by whether or not it is capable of standing the test of time. It is very easy to get caught up in the hype and think highly of an anime, but after some time, when the hype begins to fade away, the anime might not look as good.
Over the years, the world of anime has provided us with many memorable moments. Every series has certain moments that leave viewers speechless, and even years after the conclusion of the series, these moments in anime remain in the memory of the viewers.

This deprived fans of a lot of great anime. For years, they had no other option but to wait until the titles became readily available. The current industry is completely different. New anime are announced almost every month, and there are a ton of streaming sites where fans can watch them.
With the huge influx of titles, new anime have to have standout moments that separate them from the rest. This competition among different series gives rise to many notable moments that remain with fans even years after the anime’s conclusion.

Tsukishima came off as smug and antagonistic, but deep down, he was a kind person. He was extremely skilled at blocking, and his teammates were aware of his skill. His biggest moment came in the match where Karasuno High clashed against Shiratorizawa Academy.
Karasuno High was being demolished by Ushijima’s moves. Ushijima was the ace of the team, and he was ranked among the top three aces in the country. Seeing how Ushijima was bypassing the defense, Tsukishima took it upon himself to stop him. He baited Ushijima with an opening, and the latter tried to push the ball through it. He didn’t realize that it was all a ploy by Tsukishima.

Naruto Uzumaki faced many challenges in his career as a ninja. However, only a few characters managed to give him a run for his money—Pain being one of them. In order to prepare for the fight, Naruto went to Mount Myouboku and trained with the toads. After many intense sessions, Naruto perfected the Sage Mode and was ready to use it in battle against Pain.
While Naruto was away, Pain had infiltrated the Hidden Leaf and destroyed a chunk of it. The leader of the Akatsuki was relentless and ready to destroy everything in his path. Just when it seemed that the Hidden Leaf would be crushed completely, Naruto appeared out of nowhere atop Gamakichi.

Lelouch Lamperouge is the main protagonist of Code Geass. He is one of the smartest anime characters of all time, and he has proven his intelligence time and time again. Lelouch used his intelligence and combined it with his Geass to get the better of his opponents.
By the end of the series, Lelouch had made himself the most hated man in the world. He wanted to use it to bring all the nations together. So he planned his own death. He asked Suzaku to dress as Zero and kill him. This was truly a spine-tingling moment, and it solidified his legacy as one of the greatest anime characters.

Bocchi The Rock is easily among the best anime released within the last 5–6 years. It follows the story of Hitori Goto as she tries to discard her social anxiety by turning to rock music. Ultimately, she receives the chance to play for a band, and she doesn’t waste the opportunity.
The most iconic moment in the anime comes when Hitori Goto has to perform for the sake of her two loyal fans who have been there since day 1. She realizes that she can’t let them down, so she takes charge of the situation and performs an insane guitar solo. Seeing her performance, the other band members also gather themselves and begin to perform.

Eren Yeager, the anti-hero fromAttack on Titan, is a polarizing character. He was a ruthless individual who would not stop until he accomplished his goal. While one might think he is dedicated, his dedication compromised his moral code.
Due to this reason, Eren didn’t find anything wrong with his actions. He believed that he was doing it for a greater purpose, and he used it to justify everything. In the final season ofAttack of Titan, Eren managed to trigger his plan, resulting in an army of Colossal Titans marching to his tune. It was one of the few moments where fans were left shocked, as they couldn’t believe that Eren would accomplish his mission of gaining control of the Titans and setting out to destroy the rest of the world.

Death Note (2006)
After finding the Death Note, Yagami Light’s life changed overnight. Originally, he was a bit skeptical about putting the notebook to use, but following a test of its power, he couldn’t help himself. Killing the first person gave Light the confidence to continue using the Death Note. His actions caused the world-famous detective L to intervene.
This led to a game of cat and mouse between the two. For the most part, Light had the advantage, but L still managed to force him into a corner. To avoid being captured, Light formulated an extensive plan that resulted in memories related to the Death Note being erased. For days, Light forgot about his true self. It was not until he got his hands on the Death Note again that he remembered who he was.

Vinland Saga
In the first season of the anime,Thorfinn came off as aruthless killer. He was so blinded by rage that he even followed orders from his father’s killer. Thorfinn ruthlessly slaughtered people, and he showed no real remorse for his actions. However, Askeladd’s death changed him a lot. Thorfinn had a severe mental breakdown, and he felt that he did not deserve to live.
His outlook only changed once he met Einar, who taught him to get over the past. Thorfinn began to work on himself, but he was interrupted by Canute and his army. Thorfinn believed that meeting Canute would put an end to the invasion, but the army men demanded that he withstand 100 blows. He agreed, much to their surprise, and won the bet. Given his previous reputation, it was truly shocking to see Thorfinn take such a hefty beating without fighting back.

Megalo Box
Everybody loves an underdog story, and over the years, multiple anime have pulled it off. One such anime isMegalo Box, which follows the story of Joe, a boxer who mainly fights in underground bouts. Joe would often lose even though he had more skill than anyone else, but it was mainly because he had fixed the bouts.
His whole world changed when he got a glimpse of Yuri’s power. Joe decided that he wanted to beat him, and to do so, he had to fight in Megalonia. Despite the others having better gear, Joe managed to reach the finals to face Yuri. After a long, hard fight, Joe managed to knock out Yuri in the 13th round. The emotion and the build-up to the moment ensure that it will live long in the hearts of fans.

Midoriya Izuku always dreamed of becoming a great hero like his idol, All Might. However, there was one major problem: Izuku did not have a Quirk. He was devastated to learn that he would never have a Quirk. However, his life turned upside down after meeting All Might.
Midoriya received One For All from the hero, who took it upon himself to train the young boy. As the story continued, All Might had to fight against All For One. The former prevailed but at a great cost. The greatest hero in the world lifted his arm, pointed toward the screen, and said, “It’s your turn.” Midoriya, who was watching the broadcast, immediately knew what it signified, and he couldn’t hold back tears.
Gojo Satoru quickly became a fan favorite after his magnificent display of strength in the first season of the anime. He is considered the strongest sorcerer in the entire world, and he has shown on numerous occasions why he is worthy of the title.
During the Goodwill event, many special grade curses broke into Jujutsu High in hopes of stealing some cursed objects. They tried to keep Gojo occupied, but it did not work for long. After getting rid of all the distractions, Gojo combined Red and Blue to create Hollow: Purple. The technique was so powerful that it nearly wiped out everything in the vicinity.
