The LADA Converters offer the highest stats against enemies but at the expense of being the heaviest Converters available. Such is the LADA Large Capacity Radiation Converter: it has the highest Fire Damage mitigation numbers to help P deal with some of the Puppet enemies in the late game that appear to explode onto him if he’s not careful.
